How to Apply

International students should submit their application for on campus accommodation from Wednesday 7th March 2012 using our on-line application system. Students who have firmly accepted our offer of a place may be able to apply, if you have not yet firmly accepted our offer you will not be able to apply for accommodation online.

Please go to https://accommodation.edgehill.ac.uk to complete an application on-line.

To apply for accommodation you will need your student ID (found on your offer letter) and date of birth:

• Username: XXXXXXXX [this is your student ID]
• Password: DDMMYY [this is your date of birth]

It is advisable that you complete your application as soon as possible after it goes live. International students are guaranteed a place in halls as long as you apply before 1st August 2012, however, we are not able to guarantee that all students will be offered a room in halls of their first choice. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and applications received after the 1st August will be allocated a place in halls subject to availability.

When the rooms are allocated, we will contact you to confirm that your application has been successful and provide details about your accommodation and what you need to do next.

Some things to know before you complete the online application…

• Ensure you look at the accommodation options and costs before completing the online form, information about what is available can be seen here.
• En-suite accommodation, means that you get a private shower room for yourself only to use.
• SB on the online application refers to ‘Shared Bathroom’.
• If you have additional requirements, such as female only accommodation, please don’t forget to include these at the end of the online form.
