Computer Forensics: Legal and Regulatory Requirements and Evidentiary Issues.

Dr Rita Esen, The Director of Cyberlaw Services will be visiting the campus on 22nd February to discuss the legal and regulatory requirements of computer forensics and evidentiary issues. Her talk will include searching and seizures in computer crime investigations and presenting electronic evidence in the courtroom.

Dr Esen, who is an ISEB certified Data Protection Adviser, provides training, consultancy services and information compliance audits to organisations worldwide.
