Edge Hill University has an enviable tradition of providing high quality continuing professional development courses in Design and Technology. The programme for the summer term of 2012 provides a range of courses, a number of which are free of charge, to enable teachers of Design and Technology to update their subject knowledge and be at the forefront of national developments.

- Sustainability in D&T at KS3: 4.30 pm – 6.30 pm, Thursday 28th June
- GCSE Electronic Products: A Controlled Assessment Project: Saturday 7th July.
- Health & Safety courses to update your certification.
All courses can be linked to the new, practice-based MA Education (Design and Technology). How? Attend the course. Apply your learning in your setting and then evaluate the outcomes for you and your learners.
