Our 7-a-side Football league takes place on Monday evenings between 8-10pm on the Hockey Pitch running for between 6 to 9 weeks each with a Cup competition also included. The League champions win one month Premier Membership for each member of their squad whilst the Cup Winners gain two hours training time bookable on one of our artificial pitches (includes indoor Sports Hall).

League Information.
- All players are 18+ years of age
- There is a registration fee of £20.
- The cost of each game is £17.50 per team per fixture
- Each season is approximately 6-9 weeks long and includes the league and cup fixtures (Dependant on number of teams ). There are min. 4 leagues per year. The number of teams can vary between 6 and 16.
- Each game is 14 minutes each way with a half time of up to 1 minute to change ends.
- 10 players may be used each game (7+3 subs). Initially you only need to register names of 10 squad members, but can register up to 5 others at a later date.
- Matches are played every Monday evening between 7.30 – 10.00pm. Start times will vary and will be included on the fixture list at the start of the season. If we have to make changes we will phone & email to let you know.
- If a team drops out of the league we will try to replace them. If this cannot be done immediately, a friendly game may be arranged for the same time.
- Medals are awarded to winners and runners up, as well as Prizes for league and cup winners.
- Qualified referees will be appointed for all league and cup matches.
- To join the next league contact Sporting Edge on 01695 584745. When the current league is coming to an end, all interested teams will be contacted and offered places in the following league.
- We can provide bibs where necessary if you do not have a kit, available via a £10 deposit.
- Shin pads are advised to all players, referees are not responsible for the checking of shin pads.
