Social Group

The CONNECT Social Group is run by a committee of students and staff.  This group organise trips out and events on campus open to all.  In the past this has included Pizza Night, Curry Night, and games in the bar.

Laura Scully - President
Hi! My name is Laura Scully, I’m 23 and I live on campus studying psychology.  I’m the President of the CONNECT Social and Community Society.  The aim of the society is to arrange social activities that are accessible to all and also do fundraising for various charities. If you want to get involved, please feel free to contact me.
Claire Walls - Treasurer
Hi, my name is Claire and I'm in my second year studying Primary Education. I enjoy outdoor activities as well as being a Brownie guider. I am a mentor, as well as the treasurer for the CONNECT Social and Community Society.
Bev Mosedale – Secretary
CONNECT has been running for the past few years and has been successful within Edge Hill University, we are currently looking for some members to sign up to the CONNECT Social and Community Society, this is mainly ran by the students .
The main roles of connect are to organise fund raising events and activities for students who are currently studying at Edge Hill University, our aims are to get students involved within the society and organise activities for students to participate in
