Wilson Centre

The Wilson Centre is a modern building capable of accommodating a large conference of up to 285 delegates, with syndicate rooms, lunch and refreshment facilities all available under one roof.

The £3.2 million development, opened in 2001, houses:

• A 285-seater state-of-the-art lecture theatre, with a loop system installed.
• 9 syndicates / classrooms, all with flexible seating for up to 50 delegates. All rooms include PC, LCD Projector, OHP, TV and video, screen, whiteboard and flipchart as standard.
• An IT Suite seating 25 delegates, fully networked with high-speed internet access.
• A large foyer area, ideal for registration and the serving of refreshments/catering;
• Fully sprung, production standard dance studio;
• Suite of sports science and psychology laboratories for testing athletic performance;
• Grinders Coffee Bar, which can be offered as an additional space for delegates to relax and sample the specialised coffees, pastries and snacks we have on offer.
