Edge Hill’s vision for equality and diversity is that:

Respect for and celebration of individuals’ diversity will shape institutional strategy, direction and behaviour.
This is the University's draft Equality & Diversity Policy and Action Plan which is currently subject to internal and external consultation processes. It is intended that a finalised Policy will be published by 6th April 2012.
